STAFF DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
Attending workshops is an integral part of teaching profession. They help in updating teachers’ knowledge, grooming their personalities and honing their skills. The school ensures that each member of the teaching fraternity attends at least 2-3 workshops during an academic session so that they are well prepared to groom and mould the young minds in desired way.
Teacher’s Training– Workshops for teachers enable and equip them with modern pedagogical tools for sensitization and better handling of students. The teachers attend workshops on regular basis and bring home the rich experiences for the pedagogical growth of self and institution.
Parental Guidance– Parents are our predominant stake holders. Parents and Educators together are instrumental in the child’s growth and development. It is very important that a trust must be established between the facilitator and the parents. Hence, there is continuous involvement of parents in various activities conducted by the school, and also conducting right Parenting Workshop from time to time has brought a remarkable difference in the special children. Both the teachers and the peer group have been sensitized to accept all kinds of learning disabilities, so that the special children are being accepted in the mainstream.
